DO NOT PURCHASE!!! The worst digital invitation I’ve ever bought on Etsy! Difficult to edit and no options to change font or color!

Response from Jennifer

We're sorry to hear that you had a negative experience with your digital file. However, I would like to point out that many people have successfully used the file and are very happy with it. It's most likely that the instructions were not followed correctly and that the file was opened in the wrong program. The default on many computers is to open a PDF in the web browser which can not edit font or colour and is why we make a point on the listing and in instructions to make sure you are using adobe reader. We always encourage buyers to read the instructions carefully and to contact the seller if they have any questions or issues. In this case we're sure we could have helped you with any editing or customization requests had we been contacted.
