PRINTER MAINTENANCE
Occasionally your home printer needs a good self-cleaning — just like any appliance in your home! Most printers have a “printer cleaning” or “diagnostics” option in the printer utility application on your computer. There will be options such as “clean nozzles,” “clean print heads,” “print head alignment,” etc (The verbiage is different for all printers.) If your print isn’t coming out as you expected, run all of the diagnostics and let the printer do it’s thing! Then try the print again.

FADED OR MISSING COLORS?
Be sure your ink cartridges do not need to be replaced! You can usually find the ink levels in your printer utility/ diagnostic panel.

I recently had my carpet upstairs professionally cleaned when I listed my house. Put this sign in a cute little frame on an entry table. Wastebasket nearby with a pair of shoe covers in the basket so people would know what to do. Also had a bottle of hand sanitizer on a plate for their use before or after the shoe covers. I think the message to prospective buyers was, “I’m keeping this house clean for you, Mr. or Miss buyer!” Sold it the first day of showings above asking.
