NOTE - When taking your measurements ensure that you have a cloth tape measure. When you circle your chest, waist, or hips, the tape is level and neither too tight nor too loose.

1. Bust - Measure around the fullest part of your chest, wrap it under your armpits.

2. Waist - While standing, measure around your natural waistline, which is located about 1 inch above your belly button. Make sure that you don`t suck in your stomach. Keep the tape comfortably loose.

3. Hips - Wrap the tape measure around the fullest part of your bottom. The tape should stand parallel to floor.

4. Shoulder to shoulder measurement - can be done by measuring the distance between the outer shoulder seam (where the sleeves connect) on a fitted, non-stretchy shirt. This does not include the outer side of the sleeves.

5. Upper arm - the widest part of your upper arm
