Some items are ready to ship, some are made to order. Normally, take 1-4 weeks to be ready, but we're always doing our best to ship them as sooner as possible. The time we need to prepare an order for shipping varies. For details, see individual items.

Can I come to pick up the item?

Yes, absolutely, you can come to our shop located in Mississauga. And we offer pickup discount on some of our products, please don't hesitate to contact us.

Where are your products made?

All our products are made or handcrafted in our shop, located in Mississauga Ontario Canada. We only use high quality materials that are certified or meet Canadian regulations.

Do you make custom sizes?

Yes, we offer custom sizes and have created many high-quality, custom pieces for return customers. Please contact us with the details of your custom piece, such as design style, dimensions, finish color, wood preference, and any reference images or drawings. Additionally, we'll need your shipping country and zip/postal code to provide an accurate shipping cost.

What is the quality of your paint finishes?

Most of our solid color finishes are high-quality lacquer finish, which is a glamorous high-end finish. It's beautiful and smooth, touches and feels great in hands, will not have ugly assembly gaps. Unlike the cheap laminate materials, this finish gives you a much better value and is easy to clean will not peel off. It cost a bit more, but you will enjoy the quality much more.

Are your listing prices include Canadian taxes?

If your shipping address is located in Canadian provinces where pay HST, our listing price includes the HST, you DO NOT need to pay the HST. In Canadian provinces where pay GST+PST(QST), our listing price includes the GST, you ONLY need to pay the PST (or QST).

Who pays for customs related fees, such as duty, VAT, clearance fees and taxs?

As the shipper (seller), the shipping cost for your order covers only the carrier freight, including free shipping. Whether the item you purchase is subject to customs-related fees such as duty, VAT, clearance fees, and taxes depends on your local customs regulations. While many items are duty-free when shipped to the USA, it's important to note that any additional fees such as customs charges, cross-border fees, clearance costs, VAT/duties, or other applicable taxes in your country or region are the responsibility of the buyer. Unfortunately, we are unable to predict or calculate these fees, nor are we able to collect them.

What is your cancellation policy?

Most of our products are made-to-order. Cancelled orders are only accepted within 24 hours after purchase. We do not accept cancellation of the following items: -Custom or personalized orders -Items have been shipped A cancelled order may be subject to a 5% to 25% restocking fee if cancelled after 24 hours have passed purchase. Once the restocking fee is deducted, the seller will refund the remaining purchase price.

What is your return and exchange policies?

Contact us within 14 days of delivery, ship items back within 45 days of delivery A returned or exchanged order may be subject to a restocking fee of 5% to 25% of the purchase price. We CAN NOT accept returns and exchanges for: – Custom or personalized orders; Items on final sale; Items in shipment transit; Used items; Items that exceeded the above policy The buyer is responsible for -Item(s) must be brand-new unused and still have all tags, parts -Must return in its original packing -Restocking fee -Return shipping costs, including brokerage fees, any customs, taxes, etc. -New item shipping-related fees Shipping fees are non-refundable. Everything about this shelf is perfect. It's beautiful and was well wrapped and shipped quickly to me. The only problem (and this is not the fault of the seller) was that I had to pay $66 in duty to have it delivered. The seller sent me the paperwork that showed that it was not subject to duty, and now I have to fight it out with UPS.
