The clip was broke and it in turn peeled the paper a little. I had to fix it myself.

Ashley, I'm so sorry that your frame was damaged during shipping, and I understand your frustration. Your frame was wrapped in bubble wrap and taped before being placed in the priority mailing box, so it should have been protected. I have mailed hundreds of frames in the fashion. I can not be held responsible for the way items are handled by the post office. During the holiday rush, I'm know they are overworked. Had I known about the clip, I could have offered a replacement at the time and would have done everything I could for it to arrive before Christmas. I hope that you understand y possition and do not hold this against me. I work very hard to ensure that my frames and signs are well done. Thank you, Amber
