5 out of 5 starsThe picture turned out AMAZING, better than I could have hoped for. But the communication took about 12 hrs for each message and I feel like they kept trying to increase the price on me to see if I would pay more.

I already left a review but will gladly do it again. Andrew is 10+ stars!!! This is my 3rd portrait and all have been fantastic. I can’t say enough positives for him!! Always a pleasure to work with. Final product was fabulous, but it took a few tries for them to get the caricature to look like the subject. Grateful they kept redrawing until I was satisfied though! Also, the payment method was confusing. I had to pay for the digital pic then go back and pay to have it printed on canvas because they are 2 separate listings (I found out after several messages to/from the seller). I would recommend this product, just allow plenty of time for completion (if giving as a gift on a specific date), and make sure you understand pricing/ordering process.
