Knitted Rib Strip for cuffing, waistbands and welts to trim garments.

Ideal for giving stretch and resilience for any garments. Knitted as wide widths of minimum 75cm long, up to widest width of 120cm x various depths. A fold line is sometimes inserted in some ribs to give it a perfect fold edge. Pictures show and describe each item adequately.

Ribs are to be used as cuts and Sew, you cut it to your size. Cut up the lengths for cuffs and waistbands or neckbands to your required sizes. If the depth is too deep, this too can be trimmed to suit your size. We do not advise on size and measurements; everyone’s requirements are totally different.

IF YOU ARE TRIMMING A WHOLE GARMENT, YOU MAY NEED 2 OR 3 RIB STRIPS TO DO A WHOLE GARMENT.

These Striped Waistband Ribs and Panel Ribs are very versatile and for many different purposes to Trim or edge Garments or any Craft products

All ribs are supplied as STRIPS as lengths specified in list below, each has it own unique specification .

Sizes are identified in the pictures and in the Product Specifics List below. A Great British made product from a supplier who is manufacturer for all UK High Street Chains. Some have centre fold line knitted in so the rib folds exactly in half having a clean folded look.

Others can be folded also or used as panels! Others are Single narrower depth having a finished edge and raw edge to stich into the clothing. Great for T shirt type necks and cuff trims

All our ribs are Mixed Fibres but have Acrylic, Cotton and Polyester Mixed. We are unable to Specify Exact content for each but all have the above fibres. The Polyester gives the ribs a Elastane resilience and strength with durability. Where the rib is 100% Polyester which has a slightly coarse feel, ideal for sports look.
