I bought 3 mugs altogether. 2 serial killer mugs and this “pothead” mug. They are perfect, sturdy, and exactly as pictured! The image on the cup is on both sides, so you can hold it with either hand. Unfortunately somehow, the pothead mug arrived broken (the others in perfect condition). I told the seller and she immediately sent me a new one - priority shipping! I expected a replacement, but priority shipment was above and beyond what I expected. Excellent mugs and excellent customer service. Highly recommend.
