I do my best to insure each locket is in pristine condition prior to shipping. I except exchanges for any locket that has a manufacture flaw, discoloration or missing stones.

Contact me within 5 days of receipt of order. The item must be returned within 14 days of your receipt of the item, in the same or similar packaging (items need to be sent back in original box). Purchasing insurance is recommended.

Lockets are my pre-designed concepts. However, if you see a locket you like but would like to switch out charms from other lockets please don't hesitate to ask I am more than willing to work with you on creating an "original" for you.

I will do my best to find what you are looking for, but please keep in mind it may take 4-6 weeks after locating and purchasing the charms for them to arrive to me before I can craft your custom locket and ship to you. The lockets are fun, free floating, in motion charms and plates. With motion, your charms will create different variations of the charm theme inside. Enjoy playing with your locket, the combinations are endless! Necklaces settle with the angle and gravity of the neck and should not move as much depending on the physical movement of the individual. Make your charms dance by giving them a light tap and move them into different positions.

To open Stainless Steel twist lock locket: lay on a flat surface w/ a towel or cloth (to avoid scratching the glass), place finger next to eye-hook to stabilize & twist counterclockwise.

To close: lay on flat surface w/ towel or cloth, seat (align) the thread, place finger next to eye-hook to stabilize and twist clockwise SLOWLY until secure. If the face is not twisting on smoothly, the thread is not seated which may cause the locket to seize close or strip. Unscrew and try again until face smoothly twists completely shut.

To open Zinc Alloy magnetic lock: lay flat on surface (so charms don't pop out and get lost), find the indentation and use fingernail to break magnetic pull and swing open like a book; swing back gently to close.
