ORDERING: All orders are fresh made to order. I do not prebake any of my cookies and never freeze them. Please make sure all information for the order is clearly noted in the "Notes to Seller" section when you order-including need by date and all color selections and any other special instructions. Orders are baked, decorated and shipped directly from the information on the printed sales orders!

IMPORTANT NOTE: These cookies are hand rolled, hand cut, baked and decorated after the order is received. No cookies are baked ahead and stored in anticipation of orders. Depending on the quantity of orders we have for a certain time period, we may not be able to take your order. When we are fully booked for a certain date/time period, it will be posted in our shop announcements.

** It is best to order at least a couple of weeks in advance of your event.**
We offer the following cookie flavors:
Vanilla Bean- A traditional buttery sugar cookie
Chocolate- A chocolate sugar cookie that is dark brown/black with a rich chocolate flavor.
Snickerdoodle- A buttery sugar cookie with a hint of cinnamon. Rolled in sugar/cinnamon before baking.
Natural Strawberry- A buttery sugar cookie colored pink and flavored with natural strawberry flavoring.

SHIPPING: I ship USPS Priority mail shipping which should reach you in 2-3 days depending on your location. Priority allows me to get your product to you faster and fresher. Each cookie will be wrapped in bubble wrap and packaged carefully in an attempt to arrive in the same shape they left but this is not guaranteed. If you need a specific amount ordering extra is advised.

I am not responsible for delays in shipping once the post office receives your package. Make sure to leave ample time for your cookies to get to you before your event.

Our cookies are made fresh for you with fresh ingredients. They are made with real butter and vanilla to give them a great flavor and they are heat sealed as soon as the icing is dry so they will stay fresh for 2 weeks.

Our cookies can be stored at room temperature. They are best when eating within a week of receiving. Heat sealed cookies are good for up to 2 weeks if not longer. Cookies can be frozen if needed for a later date. They freeze well!

Your chocolates should be stored at ROOM TEMPERATURE and eaten within 4 to 5 weeks of arrival. PLEASE DO NOT REFRIGERATE

Fudge can be stored in the refrigerator or even frozen for later consumption.

For WARM weather (65º or more) shipping for chocolate items ICE PACKS ARE RECCOMENDED. PLEASE CONSIDER PURCHASING THIS ITEM TO KEEP YOUR ITEMS COOL.

~ Please have your order shipped to an address where someone is available to receive it upon delivery! It is chocolate and it will melt!

~ I CANNOT GUARANTEE your order will not melt during transport. Once the package leaves my hands, it is out of my control. No refunds or store credit will be given for melted orders.

I ship via USPS Priority mail and will provide a tracking number as soon as it ships.
Overnight shipping is available at an additional cost just message me before ordering.

I CAN NOT GUARANTEE THE EXACT DATE YOUR ITEM WILL BE RECEIVED. I ship your order giving a couple days buffer as the USPS is famous for being late. I'd rather you get your cookies a little early than late.

I take care with packaging your cookies to minimize breakage. Once they leave my hands I lose all control over them. All orders will be shipped with $50 insurance. It is up to the recipient to file a claim if need be.

Cookies are fragile and can break/crack in shipping no matter how well they are packed. Some postal employees are hard on boxes! Order extra if you need a certain amount. I will happily allow you to purchase a couple extra cookies instead of another dozen just contact me!

Our cookies are homemade using real butter and real vanilla they are not super sweet to balance the sweetness of the icing. We offer three flavors normally (vanilla, chocolate and snickerdoodle) I can also do other flavors (chocolate chip, almond, lemon strawberry etc) for an extra charge if you message me first.

I use cellophane bags to wrap my cookies. Some people are sensitive to cellophane and it causes a plastic taste to whatever it touches. Please let me know if you are one of these people so I can wrap your cookies in non cellophane bags
