Ordinarily I would never give a seller such a poor review. However, I purchased a font and only received two letters. I obviously did not read the fine print. I assumed it was a full alphabet. I own hundreds of monogram/design files, and they are not sold this way. I contacted the seller immediately for a refund when I learned I’d screwed up. She was very short with me and rude. She refused to refund my $4.95. If you are running a small business your customer service skills are extremely important. I understand the digital nature of the product. But, the way you treated me was inexcusable.

Wow, it is so unfair. You downloaded all formats before requesting refund in very abusive and demanding manner. After my very detailed and polite answer (assuming you are business owner), that listing is only for two-letter monogram, your answer was pretty rude. I checked your page and saw that you are favoring a lot of just two-letter monograms, not alphabets. You are not a stranger for that kind of listings. After buying hundreds of embroidery designs for your pillow business, you know that all two letter combinations would be 1352 files. And as a designer-that work could not cost $4.90. I see you are creating beautiful pillows (not cheap) with different combinations. Does it mean somebody can request a refund from you as for the price of one pillow they are not getting whole alphabet of 1352 pillows?
