I do my very best to list items with accurate descriptions. If for any reason you feel that an item you have purchased is not what it is said to be, please contact me. I will do whatever I can to resolve the issue to make you a happy customer. If a return is agreed upon, all items must be returned in the original condition and with the original packaging. Once I receive the item back, I will promptly refund. Return shipping fees are paid by the customer unless I made a mistake. Shipping fees are non-refundable.

International Shipping

USPS First Class International Mail Delivery Estimate 1-4 weeks. If your package is delayed by customs, delivery time can take 4-6 weeks and this does not include processing times. If you need your item sooner please send me a message to discuss express shipping options. *Customs Fees:* Some countries charge fees for you to receive your package. These fees are an additional payment you must pay your country to receive your package from customs. Any customs handling or import fees are your responsibility.

Custom and personalized orders

There is a lot of extra work that goes into making a custom journal. Lots of communication and sometimes extra supplies. Therefore, prices for custom journals are higher than the journals I have listed in my shop. If you are interested in in your own personalized journal, just send me a message and together we can go over all the details.

I take item feedback very seriously. If you feel that you cannot leave a positive review please message me first. I am more than happy to talk with you and work out the kinks.
