All orders ship via First Class Parcel with USPS. We always have flat rates for shipping orders in either USA or internationally.

Upgrades ARE available upon at the checkout option for a small additional fee, sorry no downgrading mail services.

Each order gets a tracking number attached to their order and account ( including INTERNATIONAL).

This will be emailed to you and is accessible any time through your buying account if you do not see this email or lose it.

You may have received a tiny bag with a sample or two, it is just a free mineral or crystal piece.

We have MANY types of free samples sent at random so if you want to know what kind it is, please send us a message with the description or photo of the little sample you received and we will identify for you.

Sizing is APPROXIMATE and written in each individual listing.

We try our best to get each item correct but sometimes there are slight variance or even typo errors. Please afford a bit of size give or take considering approximate means roughly ESTIMATED.

We try to picture each item with hands and rulers or coins to also give an idea of size, please take all of this and the written number into consideration when purchasing.

We also do our best to represent them as accurately on quality and size as possible, but do not guarantee by the EXACT millimeter accuracy on each and every item of our 800+ types of crystals.

Please be careful to check the typing of your address.

The address we ship your item to will be the EXACT one you directly type into the shipping information space.

If an item is Returned to Sender for an old, wrong or incorrectly written address, the reshipping postage or new items will be at the buyers expense.

Shipping is not free for us either as much as we wish it was! :)

We always declare the lowest possible comparable or wholesale value of the crystals.

HOWEVER it is the buyers responsibility to know their Country or States customs and laws, if your country prohibits the sale or use of these Smoking items and it is confiscated at customs due to these reasons that is at the responsibility and cost of the buyer.

(Although we have never had a single Pipe taken by customs yet for any country and have shipped to almost every before)

If your item is suspected to be wrongfully delivered, lost or stolen please contact your local USPS by phone with the tracking number given on your order (available in your account) for help recovering mail. We CANNOT recover mail for you or look for your personal lost/stolen mail. USPS prefers to speak to the recipient addressee, not the seller/sender as it is no longer our mail once we give it to them. We cannot intercept or influence USPS delivery logistics or policies.

We DO NOT cover lost, stolen, damaged, tampered or wrongfully delivered packages.

CGM is not a large corporation and cannot afford to cover lost mail on behalf of USPS.

You may make a claim with them via their website. Please only buy if you agree to this Policy.

Shipping costs continue to go up exponentially, unfortunately we cannot control that part of your order cost. We keep it as low as possible and still pay some of our customers shipping costs for them.

But still the minimum that USPS charges to ship an item is 4 Ounces for FIRST CLASS mail in the USA or 8 Ounces for International.

They charge this rate even if the items weighs less than their minimum of 4 or 8 Ounces.

So we recommend to make it worth your while and order as many items as you like in ONE single order to combine the shipping costs to be most effective, especially if you plan to order internationally. Thank you for your understanding
