If I do not receive the personalized information right away, wine labels will ship with just the titles and the labels will not be personalized. The information for your items MUST be in the note to seller section when you check out. No exceptions.

**The glitter on the labels is not real glitter, but looks just as good! Personally, this is much better because there's no messy glitter everywhere, for you and for the couple!**

::::::REMOVING EXISTING WINE LABELS::::::
I like to remove the front label of the current wine bottles, that way the recipient still has the back label with the wine flavor and ingredients on there. The best way to do this is to soak the bottle labels in hot water with deep scratches on them so they peel off easy. To remove only one side of the label, fill a sink with about 1 inch of hot water and lay the bottle flat on one side. Make sure it does not roll over and the other label does not get wet. After about an hour, start rubbing the label hard and peeling it off. You can even scrub the remaining glue with a hard sponge or butter knife. Goo Gone works best too, but it isn't really necessary if the bottle soaks in hot water.

For all stationary: Per request, stationary items go through a proofing process where the customer is responsible for approving their order before printing. Once it is approved, a typo can not be corrected. You will have to reorder your items if desired.
For other items: For a mock up or picture of your item prior to shipping, it is your responsibility and must be specified in the personalized section at checkout. This is the ONLY way to include that you want a proof. I cannot see previous messages that we had in conversations; and therefore, cannot accommodate custom requests unless they are in the personalized section.

No, our mugs are printed with sublimation ink and go through a sublimation process so the design is printed INTO the mug. The design is meant to last forever. We still encourage hand washing to preserve the mug as long as possible, but these are dishwasher safe. We cannot replace a mug that gets damaged in the dishwasher because we encourage hand washing for preserving the design.
