Will Your Wall Decals Stick? Do You Offer Sample Decals for Testing?

Our vinyl decals adhere well to most wall surfaces, including plastic, tiles, glass, mirrors, and finished/painted wood. Slightly textured walls should not pose a problem, but certain low VOC paints or paints with stain blockers may prevent proper adhesion. If you're unsure whether the decal will stick to your wall or surface, we offer complimentary sample decals for pre-purchase testing, as well as color samples. To request samples, simply send us a message with your name, mailing address, and desired colors. These samples are free, but we cannot guarantee adhesion or color matching after purchase. Are the Decals Removable? Are They Safe for Renters?

Yes! Our decals are removable but not reusable. They can be taken down without leaving residue in most cases, making them a great option for renters. Any leftover residue can typically be cleaned easily.

Removing Your Wall Decal

Tools You May Need: Tweezers Hair Dryer Spray bottle with warm water and dish soap Moist cloth/damp Step 1. Use a hair dryer to warm a corner of the graphic. The hot air will help weaken the adhesive bond between the vinyl and the wall. Step 2. Pick that corner corner with your fingernail. Once you have a piece large enough to hold with between your fingers slowly start pulling down at an angle. Do not pull away from the wall, instead pull down at the same angle as the wall. Step 3. Spray your wall with a mixture of warm water combined with a few drops of dish soap and wipe down with a moist cloth.

What should I do if my product is damaged during transit or there is an error?

Reports of shipping damage or errors must be made within 72 hours (3 days) of receipt to qualify for a replacement. Any product that is received damaged during transit will be replaced with the same item upon receipt of photos showing the damage and packaging with the shipping label. There will be NO color or design changes to the replacement.

Returns, Exchanges or Cancellations

No cancellations, refunds, or exchanges on Instant Downloads. Because our products are customized and made to order, we regret that we cannot accommodate returns or exchanges. Please note that initials, names, sizes, colors, and fonts are all customizations that ensure your order is uniquely crafted for you. We maintain no pre-made stock, and all orders are individually cut after they are placed. Once production of an order has commenced, we are unable to accept cancellation requests.

All orders are shipped via USPS, and you'll receive an email with a tracking number once your package is on its way. However, please be aware that tracking scans may not always accurately reflect the package's location. While it's rare, domestic orders can occasionally take up to two weeks for delivery. For this reason, we do not consider a package "lost" or provide replacements until ten full business days have elapsed from the shipping date. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and holidays. Please note that we are unable to issue refunds or replacements for packages marked as "Delivered" on your tracking information. Thank you for your understanding.

Gift wrapping and packaging

We offer gift wrapping for decals and prints at an additional charge. Decals are wrapped in kraft tissue paper with twine and a gift tag, while prints are placed in a kraft paper sleeve with twine and a gift tag. Make your gift extra special by adding a personalized note to the gift tag. Please Note: All canvases or prints sized 12x16 inches or larger are not eligible for gift wrap.

Does your vinyl stick to fabric?

No, my vinyl is not designed for fabric. While some customers have tried applying it to fabric with mixed results, it is not guaranteed and would be at your own risk. However, my vinyl works great on wood, acrylic, chalkboards, mirrors, and most flat surfaces. Plus, it can be easily removed without damaging the surface.

What are your business hours?

Our business hours are Monday – Friday, 8 AM – 5 PM EST. I typically respond to emails first thing in the morning and throughout the day as time allows while fulfilling orders. Emails sent after 5 PM on Friday through the weekend will be answered on Monday morning, so please don’t worry if you don’t hear back right away.
