It is very important to please make sure your delivery address is correct on Etsy. We cannot be held responsible for orders going to incorrect addresses. If you send us a conversation with the correct address we will make a note to change it, but please understand it may be too late and your order may have already been dispatched. Also ensure that your Paypal account is confirmed and that your Etsy address matches your PayPal address. Paypal requires I ship all orders to the address on file.

• UK estimated: 3 - 4 business days. We use 1st class mail for all UK orders.
• Europe (inc. Ireland) estimated: 10 - 30 business days
• USA & Canada: 10 - 40 business days
• Other: 10 - 40 business days

Will my order have tracking?

Our standard postage method for UK and International orders does NOT include tracking.

We offer a fully tracked upgrade at checkout when placing your order, without this we will not be able to give you any information regarding the whereabouts of your order.
Please be patient while your order is in transit and allow 30 working days for standard international orders to arrive.

Please understand that once your order has been dispatched it is out of our control, we are not responsible for any delays which may occur but we will do our best to help.

If your order still does not arrive, we will investigate the issue and once we have confirmation of a lost parcel your order will be resent.

If you think your order may be lost in the post, please contact us within 35 days of placing your order. I will look into the issue and resend your items. If I do not hear from you within 35 days unfortunately I will be unable to refund or resend your order. Please contact me via Etsy conversations.

If an item is damaged, just let us know via Etsy conversations and we will sort out the problem.

The customer is responsible for all international customs and duty/import fees associated with their order.

Imperfections in crystals and gemstones are natural, they are normal and contribute to the individuality of each piece. Imperfections may include growth marks, flaws, surface scratches, inclusions and irregularities in shape and colour. Every stone will be unique.

Photographs of all items listed are always taken by us. Please note that the colours in photos may look different depending on your monitor settings. When it comes to the size or natural colour of an item, photos can sometimes be unintentionally misleading. If you need a specific measurement or additional photos, please don't hesitate to ask.
