We know you're going through a very difficult time, but allow us to make at least one aspect a little less stressful. We'd be honored to make you and your family beautiful, personalized sympathy acknowledgement cards. You're welcome to change the wording on this card to your liking at no extra charge.

You can add return envelope address printing for a small fee, but the box is included.

You may also add printing inside for between $5-$12 depending on the amount of cards you order. Please convo us for pricing and/or a custom order.

** PERSONALIZATION **
-Please be sure to provide your love one's name in the "Personalization Box" when you check out.

** PRODUCTS USED **
-We use archival ink on heavy, 80-pound card stock (FSC certified).

** AMOUNTS **
-Please select the amount you'd like in the drop-down menu on the right. They come in sets of 12, 24, 36 and 52. If you need more than 52, please select "QUANTITY 2" in the drop-down menu and that will give you 104 cards after choosing 52 cards for your "AMOUNT".

** FONT **
-Please select your font in the drop-down menu. There are 22 from which to choose, including the sample on the card.

** ENVELOPES **
-Please choose, in the drop-down menu, whether you want the white envelopes that are included in the price or if you would like to upgrade to Kraft envelopes. If you'd like to see a photo of our Kraft envelopes, please convo us and we will email you one.
-In addition, for a small fee, we can print your return address on either the white or Kraft envelopes. Please make that selection at checkout.

** SIZES **
-These note cards measure 5.5" by 4.25" folded and are blank inside so you can write the perfect message. However, you can add printing on the inside for a small fee. Please message us for pricing.

** PACKAGING **
- Boxed to protect your cards and envelopes; then carefully packed into a shipping box or padded envelope.

** RETURN POLICY **
-Because our items are personalized, we cannot accept returns. Please carefully check your order before submitting it. However, if it is our mistake, we will correct the order free of charge.
-Upon request, we will email you a low-resolution proof so you can double-check the spelling of the name and the color choice.

** WANT SOMETHING SPECIAL??**

We will always do our best to help you track a package. However, we are NOT resposible for packages that are lost or delayed in transit via USPS, UPS, FedEx, or any other carrier. And we cannot guarantee arrival times. Our posted 'expected' delivery dates are just that ... EXPECTED. They are simply estimates based on what normally happens with items we ship and what the carriers post on their ends for the selected method of shipment. Unfortunately, items get delayed in transit, and there is nothing we can do about that as the seller. But if something doesn't get to you in a timely manner, please let us know.

All of our products are packed carefully to prevent shipping damage. Some are packed in cello bags and then shipped in a bubble-wrapped envelope and others are shipped in boxes before being packaged. It very much depends on your order. You often have the option to upgrade to a gift box! Sometimes gift boxes are even free!

If a product is damaged during shipment, it is the responsibility of the customer to file a claim with UPS or USPS. If you need help with this, please contact us. If UPS or USPS determined your order was improperly packed, we will take responsibility for that.

Because our items are all personalized, it does take a little time on our end, and it is very much based upon the product.

However, most items have a product time of 3 to 10 business days. Once they are shipped, most will arrive within 2-3 days.

If you need a product faster than 3 to 10 business days (each product is different and we have a more specific time frame listed on each item), please contact us and we will work hard to get it to you faster. (Expedited fees may apply).

I’m using this paper to line cookies boxes and trays! Picture attached. It is beyond perfect! I’ve gotten such positive feedback from my customers. It just looks professional; yet fantastic.
