Most of our items are either custom or personalized and can be ordered from each individual listing. We also work with you to create individualized items. We do not accept returns but may be able to offer an exchange.

Sizing details for clothing is found in the infographics & description of each listing

Care instructions are included with clothing & drinkware items

Our products are personalized & custom and are exempt from the right of withdrawal and as such are not returnable as per Etsy policy. We will work with you to resolve issues such as damage in shipping or if an error was made on our part. If you made an error in the personalization, style, pattern, font or color selection then it's up to you whether you wish to reorder at your own expense.
