Do you offer complete kits for all designs?

Yes, all of my designs can be made into a complete kit. Please message me with your request.

What cross stitch fabric is shown in the photos?

I only use 14 count cross stitch fabric; usually Aida, in my examples because of how easy it is to stitch on. 14 count fabric is also easy to follow for everyone including beginner hand stitchers. However, feel free to experiment with other sizes.

Do you sell embroidery thread?

Not at this time but we are considering all options.

Do you offer wholesale?

Do you take personalized cross stitch orders?

I'm able to switch an existing pattern with another color or change the text on most existing patterns but I'm not able to take brand new personalized orders at this time. If you're not sure, please feel free to ask me.

What embroidery floss in included in your kits?

Currently, all my kits included full sets of DMC embroidery floss. I realize this is way more thread than you will need for most of my kits, but this ensures that you know you are getting enough for your cross stitch project.

What happens if my package gets lost in shipment?

I check tracking information often to make sure your package gets to you but occasionally something goes . . . somewhere. If tracking has not been updated after 15 days, I will ship you a replacement or refund, whichever you prefer. However, international shipping is completely different so please message me.

Do you have a cross stitch tutorial?

Our cross stitch instructions and tips page that comes with every pattern and kit, is very detailed. However, a video tutorial is in the works and will be released soon! Stay Tuned!

What happens if there is a problem with my cross stitch kit?

As I'm a one-women-show, mistakes might occur. Please do not hesitate to let me know if something is not as it should be. I will make it right!

✄ The example uses 3 strands each of embroidery floss for a fuller stitch look. This pattern does NOT have any half stitches or backstitching. My example is shown in a 6-inch stained wood embroidery hoop.
