I Purchased the wrong digital item, can I be refunded?

Due to the intangible nature of the item you cannot be refunded, but if ever you purchased a file with the wrong machine file format I can still send you the file with the correct file format in the case where the item is available in my shop.

I do not know how to install the BX fonts

To install BX fonts just simply double click on the BX font installation files.

The font machine files are not workable or do not appear on my thumb drive

The font machine files are compressed into a Zip folder, you will need to extract them first before copying the files on your thumb drive.

The files do not appear on my machine

When the file is in a folder, just copy the file to your machine, not the folder.

Where can I find the instant download files I just purchased?

The instant download files are available directly from your own Etsy account, more info on how to download your files: https://www.etsy.com/help/article/3949

Where did you send me my custom order machine files?

The custom order machine files are sent to your Etsy email a few minutes after you made the purchase and not later than 12 hours after in case I am off line.

Inside the folder are two files for each font: fontname.bf fontname.lf Select both the .bf and .lf files for the font you wish to remove. Delete them. *Important notice: Fonts at 0.25" are pretty small and so goes a quality that will also be reduced compared to the bigger sizes, so I offer no warranty on the 0.25" size, and if you are planning to purchase the font specifically for the 0.25" size then please feel free to request for free samples and I'll be happy to send them to you before you purchase :-)

PLEASE NOTE: You are purchasing digital files not the patch

To use this set you must have and be familiar with:
- a personal computer
- an unzip software such as 7ZIP (you find it for free in Google)
- an embroidery machine accepting the file formats PES or any other format generated from the BX fonts through the Embrilliance software
- an embroidery software that you will need to organize the letters in order to create words

I strongly discourage to modify or resize my embroidery designs as it may alter the quality

This Embroidery set is not meant to be sold, given, or traded, it is only meant to be embroidered and for a personal use.

If you need a sample before buying please contact me I would glad to send you one :-)
