Sewn onto the tutu is a gorgeous black satin ribbon! Tutus are perfect for birthdays, Halloween, dress up, special occasions, events, holidays, or just because.

Here at Janelly’s Creations all items are made to order. Tutu is made from the best quality tulle, double layered, and hand tied on 3/4 inch non-roll elastic waist band. Tutus have a 2 inch stretch that will give your little one some wiggle room. All of my products come from a smoke free and pet free home.
