Custom and personalized orders

Once your order reaches the front of the queue, I'll personalize your order. Don't worry, you will receive a proof so you can check spelling, etc. before I send the final product. For digital orders, proofread carefully before printing the final file. Printing the order or approving the electronic proof serves as the final acceptance of the project. If you print and later find errors you missed, I do not reimburse print costs or provide refunds; but, I'm happy to make edits to the digital file. What revisions are FREE? ♦ Typos/misspellings, info you accidently provided but needs changing, & 1 or 2 word color changes What COSTS EXTRA? ♦ Changing the color scheme or layout, adding custom clipart, changing the size of the original order

Will I get a proof of my digital order? Can I make edits?

Yes! You have 14 days* to request revisions on personalized digital items. Things happen: kids change their mind, schools change teachers! *After 14 days, files are deleted, so the file has to be recreated & you'll need to repurchase.

SHIP DATE & DELIVERY DATE

SHIP DATE: An estimated ship date is shown at checkout and on your order receipt; Keep in mind that although I estimate processing times in good faith, unexpected surges in orders do happen. It is best to allow a couple extra days wiggle room if you need the order by a certain day. (For example, I receive a HUGE volume of orders in January-February.) DELIVERY DATE: Allow extra time. Etsy does not have it's own shipping fleet like Amazon, so the posted "delivery date" is Etsy doing their best to guess when your order may be delivered based on USPS transit time projections for your Zip code. We all know USPS is not stellar. Because of this, delivery date is not something I can guarantee unfortunately, so it is best to allow a few extra days.

Is Standard Shipping & FREE Shipping USPS, UPS or FedEx?

If your item is shipping for free, or you have a choice to select "Standard Shipping" at checkout, your order will ship USPS Ground Advantage (which used to be called First Class). I RECOMMEND SELECTING PRIORITY MAIL at checkout - it is insured and faster. Late Deliveries / Damaged Lost items: If I ship your order on time, but your package is running late or delivered late due to a carrier issue, I don't provide a refund for your order, but I'm happy to help you navigate communicating with them to track it. I can also help you navigate a damaged/lost mail claim with USPS if you chose Priority Mail or Express Mail.

Printing problems typically result from hiccups while saving, or improper printer or program settings. Double-check that you followed the instructions I sent with the files. Then, check all of your program & printer settings and try again. ♥ MAKE SURE YOU ARE USING A COMPUTER if you are saving a file sent in an Etsy message - You can't save that kind of Etsy attachments from your phone, unfortunately. ♥ If this does not work, I will do my best to help if I am familiar with the programs, websites, or printer you are using.

What is STANDARD shipping (the free shipping)?

Standard shipping is USPS Parcel Select. You can upgrade to First Class Mail at checkout for not much more, and it has tracking. I recommend upgrading to Priority Mail at checkout - it is insured and faster. Late Deliveries / Damaged Lost items: If USPS is late, I'm happy to help you navigate communicating with them to track it. I can help you navigate a damaged/lost mail claim with USPS if you chose Priority Mail or Express Mail. I don't provide refunds for late pacakages if I shipped on time and it is a USPS issue.

Printed Colors: Will the printed color(s) match the color on my computer/phone screen?

TYPICALLY, YES, BUT COLORS MAY VARY BASED ON YOUR MONITOR/SCREEN SETTINGS Printed colors may vary from one computer monitor to another, one printer to another, between different types or brands of paper & ink, and also with the choice of printer settings. Slight color differences may exist between your computer screen & a printed item (most print darker than your monitor). Send images at 300dpi. FantasyMoonPrints is not responsible for these color variations. If a color match is extremely important, please print a copy of the sample in the listing before purchasing. Because there are a vast number of variables involved in printing, there will be no refunds nor design color changes if you do not like the colors when printed.

You may ask for a refund within 24 hrs of purchase for digital; For tangible shipped items, refunds/exchanges for incorrect products must be requested within 7 days of receipt.

All files are for personal use only. Mass production, file sharing, selling and commercial use of the files is not permitted.

2. PERSONALIZATION In the personalization box, tell me the details for each section of the design you picked (I will personalize the file for you; it's not editable).

3. PURCHASE & RECEIVE FILE - After we personalize your order, you will get an email with a link to download the file. ♥ ♥ It may take 24-36 hours to personalize your file since we receive several orders each day.

Proofread the file for errors; I offer free revisions fo 14 days! ♥ ♥ TIME SAVER: Proofs are high resolution, so you can print immediately if you don't have corrections!

4. PRINT - Save the files & print as many as you need:
(a) Print at home on cardstock or photopaper, or
(b) Upload the file to a website like Walmart, Walgreens, Staples etc. (MOST REQUIRE A JPG, but it's best to check with them before ordering)

CHANGES AND REVISIONS
Simple text and color changes are included with your purchase for most items (unless stated otherwise in the listing). Major changes will require an additional design fee.

SIZE CHANGES
There is a small additional fee if you request a size change after the first proof/file has been sent.

APPROVAL: If you order a personalized item your approval of the electronic proof will be the final verification and acceptance of the project. if you approve the project, and later find errors you missed, you will not be provided a refund.

PHOTOS - should be 300 dpi or higher for proper print quality – that means at least 500k for most photo sizes.

COLOR VARIATIONS
There may be a slight color difference between the color settings on your computer versus the printed items. Most items will print out darker than they appear on your monitor. Printed colors may vary from one computer monitor to another, one printer to another, between different types or brands of paper & ink, and also with the choice of printer settings.
