However it does not pay for faster shipping. “Guaranteed within 3 days” moves you to the front of the line AND will upgrade your order to 1-2 day shipping.

* Since this a predesigned template no proof will be provided to the customer. The designer will input the information the customer provided.

*If you specifically request a proof or a designer does end up sending one, customers will have 48 hours to approve the design or submit revisions. Once that time has expired the company may move forward with engraving to meet the Etsy shipping deadline, relieving the company of any liability if the design is not to satisfaction so long as the design is based on the information provided at time of purchase.

*All designs are based on information provided by the customer at the time of purchase. There is an allowance of two revisions per order. After that, additional revisions including changes to text, fonts, size, placement, etc. cost $5.00 per request.

*All correspondence is via email and Everything Etched is not responsible for any emails that may be blocked due to spam filters.

*All times listed are just an estimate and not a guarantee. All estimates are based on after the proof is approved.

*When purchasing a shipping upgrade, only the shipping upgrade amount will be refunded in the case of a delay.

*Any request for a deliver-by date, will be treated as such, just a request. We will not put your order ahead of others based on a request unless you paid for upgraded shipping. No refunds will be given if we do not meet your requested delivery date AND you did not purchase upgraded shipping.

*We only accept cancellations before an order is made. If you need to cancel an order and the design proof has already been made, there will be a charge of $5 per design.

*We etch glass using a laser, which scratches the surface of the glass. It cannot be engraved into the glass or go deeper below the surface. By nature, it is semi transparent. It will always look best against dark colors. It cannot be done in color. Since it is scratching the glass, it is natural to have some inconsistencies around the edges.

*All wood products are made from natural wood and may contain knots, grain lines, and uneven surfaces.

*Colors can look slightly different than displayed due to color settings on your device. Tumblers are not microwave and freezer safe
