Your order will ship within 1-3 business days. Standard and Priority shipping are offered at checkout with estimated delivery dates to your zip code. Rush/overnight is not available because most products are made-to-order. Please also refer to your Etsy receipt for the estimated delivery date of your purchase.

If you just placed your order and realized there is a error, please convo us immediately and we will cancel it so you can place a new order. Why cancel? The items and address you submit must match what you receive and the what is printed on the shipping label.

DO YOU ACCEPT CUSTOM REQUESTS?

I am no longer able to accommodate custom design requests or color matching but I do accept limited customization for many of my listings. This includes switching a color for another on my Color Palette (of 65 colors), switching a flower for another, or small adjustments to a flower size. Please note I do not make my flowers larger than 2 inches\5cm).For my rhinestone collection, many listings automatically provide color options but you are welcome to request multiple colors and arrangements. CAN I BUY JUST THE FLOWER?

Flowers are not are not available for sale alone as supplies or just the charm/pendant and only sold as finished jewelry designs at their listed price.

WHAT ARE YOUR FLOWERS MADE OF?

I hand sculpt all of my flowers without moulds or paint using polymer clay, a durable and water-resistant material.

WHAT IS YOUR PACKAGING?

To maintain low shipping costs and packaging waste, multiple items may be consolidated to one white standard box or clear bag. For individual gift boxes for multiple items or gift-ready packaging, simply select the "Gift Wrapping" upgrade at checkout for $2. Price receipts are issued via email and are not included with packaging except for international orders (required to pass through Customs).

CAN I RETURN OR EXCHANGE MY ORDER?

We provide a 14-day return policy. The return package must be postmarked within 14 days of the delivery date in unused condition, original packaging and a secure shipping box (no envelopes). We are not responsible for lost or damaged packages upon return. Buyer is responsible for return and original shipping costs. We have the right to refuse parcels postmarked later than 14 days. Damaged or incorrect items must be returned and inspected before a replacement is issued. A pre-paid shipping label will be provided. Undeliverable address returns will be refunded. Free repair is available within 90 days of your delivery date. After 90 days, repair is available but may incur additional fees. All sales are final on customization requests.

The card arrived very quickly, and the colors I chose, especially the yellows, were more different from each other than they appeared on my computer screen. I highly recommend getting a sample of the colors you are considering so you can feel confident about the appropriateness of the color. And as for the care put into the creation of the jewelry I have bought from StrandedTreasures, it is excellent!
