Where can I download my purchased files?

Your purchased files are available automatically once payment has cleared at http://www.etsy.com/your/purchases. If you need another size or are having issues downloading, please send me a convo and I'll help ASAP. If you checked out as a guest, you'll receive an automated email from Etsy containing your download links. Please check your spam/junk folder if you can't find this email - and please send me a conv if you're still unable to locate it 💕 Please note that the Etsy app on your mobile or tablet devices does not allow download functionality. You can still download your files to your device, though, by opening up your Etsy account in your device's internet BROWSER and navigating to You > Purchase and Reviews.

What kind of paper do you recommend for printing?

Heavyweight, matte photo paper or smooth card stock works great for all of my printables. You can find quality paper at office supply stores and big box stores like Target. If you prefer a semi-gloss or glossy look, glossy photo paper will work well with my photographic printables. Be sure to disable automatic color correction in your print settings. If you're using a professional print service, please instruct them not to apply color correction. This is particularly important with my animal prints on white backgrounds.

Where else can I print my files? Can I print on canvas?

You're welcome to print your files at any service of your choice! Any photo printing service will work - all of my files are CMYK high-resolution files. One of the great things about purchasing printables is that you can print on any material you choose, such as matte or glossy paper, card stock, canvas, wood, metal, etc. If you don't know or don't feel comfortable with purchasing the physical print on your own - I offer matte paper, canvas, and metal prints. I'll handle all the fuss and make sure that it turns out perfectly! All you have to do is anxiously wait by your front door. :)

Love this print! Excellent quality. This is a 24x36. I used a plexiglass frame from Michael's. Not happy with the glare - but a high quality frame would finish this photo beautifully. Will definitely order again from this shop!

Fell in love with this print and it was the beginning of my new adventure wall. Had trouble printing at Walgreens in the 12x18 size. Contacted seller and she explained why I was experiencing issues with Walgreens (something about the format they accept and don’t accept...seller expertly explained it to me:) and offered a new format for my size so it would print at Walgreens!!! And it printed beautifully. Wonderful customer service & beautiful prints!! This print is everyone’s favorite and now I’m convinced to send the original high quality print to a print shop to see its true state of beauty!! Will purchase more from this wonderful seller and I highly recommend.
