When personalizing an item you must purchase the customization listing.

Order turn around time usually 2 weeks NOT including weekends or Holidays. This does not include shipping time.
Larger orders (5 or more) will require more time to complete.

Returns are accepted but must be shipped within 1 day of receiving your item (s) with shipping receipt confirmation.

The bow color can be changed on the birthday ears. Request can be made in the note section when ordering.

Rush orders are usually available but will cost an extra fee depending on availability. Overnight shipping might be needed.

After items are shipped I am no longer responsible for the package. If you purchase insurance you can file a claim with USPS for lost, damaged or delayed shipping.
I can only estimate shipping times and do my best to meet an arrival date.
