REFUNDS ARE ISSUED AFTER ITEMS ARE RETURNED

All returned merchandise must be sent back in its original container/bag, in a completely unaltered/undamaged/unused state within 60 days of purchase for a full product only refund LESS any shipping fees paid by you.

If a package arrives to you damaged, you must notify us within 48 hours of arrival. We will arrange for the return of the item or may ask that you send a picture of the damage if you are able, and if possible a replacement will be sent to you. If a replacement is not possible, you will be issued a full refund minus any funds paid for a shipping upgrade.

If a package is returned to due to an incorrect shipping address you provided, you may be responsible for any return shipping cost as well as the redelivery cost at our discretion. Otherwise you can elect to receive a refund for the cost of the item(s). Please note: We cannot be responsible for items sent to an incorrect address provided by you that is not returned.

In the case of LOST items, please notify us on Etsy, via Convo, within a timely manner. Please allow us the time/opportunity to resolve the issue with you.

When we receive your convo for the missing item, we may:

- Provide shipping tracking information to show where the item is
- Issue you a refund minus any funds paid for a shipping upgrade.
- Offer to send you a replacement item, if you agree

Please be aware - WE WILL NOT BE RESPONSIBLE FOR LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES CONFIRMED TO BE DELIVERED TO THE ADDRESS ENTERED FOR AN ORDER. We will confirm delivery to the provided address, date of delivery, tracking information and shipping carrier information for you to investigate.

Delivery time varies by destination AND may take longer than expected. Packages will not be deemed lost or missing before 45 days in transit.

YOU, are responsible for ANY & ALL Import duty/Taxes/VAT Charges that YOUR country may impose on you for purchasing merchandise from outside of your country. Please be aware of these charges and amounts for your individual country PRIOR to making a purchase. Each country is different and has a different $$ threshold before they begin to impose a VAT charge.

Customs for your country could hold your package for VAT charges and will not release the package to you until you pay this charge, so we feel it is important to be aware of these fees/charges ahead of time.

Buyers residing in the EU countries have the right to return an item within 14 days of receiving the item. However, if this period expires on a non-working day, your deadline is extended till the next working day. You can choose to withdraw from your order for any reason within this timeframe - even if you simply changed your mind. To exercise your right of withdrawal, you MUST inform us of your decision to withdraw from the purchase. You can do this via Convo or Email.

Please note you may not use goods that you received before deciding to withdraw from the purchase. The right to withdraw exists to allow you to examine goods the way you would in a shop. Goods should be returned in a completely unaltered/undamaged/unused state. Please use the original packaging for a safe return.

These simple instructions will help you measure your wrist properly to determine the bracelet size and fit.

The bracelet will hang between the hand and wrist bone, which is the most attractive position.

When measuring for bracelets, use a flexible, soft tape measure, tightly where your wrist is BROADEST--the area below the wrist bone (just above your hand). This is ones actual wrist size, not your bracelet size.

Once you know the actual wrist size you then decide how you would like the bracelet to fit...either snug, a little loose, loose, very loose...and you add a 1/4" each fit.

So if the actual wrist size is 7" depending on the fit you want, you would order:

7.25" - snug
7.5" - a little loose
7.75" - loose
8"- very loose
