All orders ship from our U.S. facility, so U.S. buyers never pay customs fees or experience international delays. Production and shipping times listed below reflect this.

✍️ Will I receive a proof?

Yes! We send proofs for all can coolers, matches and personalized items within 48 business hours. Please allow 4–8 business days for custom designs, including pet or venue illustrations. Proofs are sent through Etsy messaging. You may request edits or approve the design for production. Once a proof is approved, we cannot make further changes. Please review carefully — including names, dates, spelling, colors, and layout. Approval confirms all details are correct.

⏳ How long does production take?

Standard Production Times: • Can Coolers, Cups, Coffee Sleeves, Shot Glasses, Napkins: 12–14 business days • Matchbooks & Matchboxes: 16–20 business days • Custom Illustrations: Add 2–6 business days Production time includes proofing. Rush production is available for most items — message us for pricing and turnaround times. ⚠️ Production time does not include shipping.

Because all items are custom-made, we do not accept returns or exchanges. Please carefully review and approve your proof. Once approved, your order is sent to print and cannot be changed. If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, message us within 7 business days — we’re happy to make it right.

When you are purchasing your cups, please leave the following information in the "Note to Seller" section in the cart page, or message us after purchase.
1) Cup color(s) (see image 2 - colors vary depending on size). Up to 4 colors, with a minimum of 50 of each color
2) Ink color (see image 3). The ink color must be the same on all cups in one order.
3) Bride and Grooms names
4) Wedding date
5) Wedding location (city, and state or province)
6) Your email address so you can approve the proof
7) Your phone number for delivery

CUP COLORS AND INK COLORS

12 oz. Stadium Cups are available in 12 colors: White, black, green, navy blue, blue, maroon, soft pink, red, purple, orange, yellow, and translucent natural (see image 2).

16 oz. Stadium Cups are available in 24 colors: White, black, gold, forest green, green, lime, bright green, turquoise, bright aqua, navy blue, blue, bright blue, maroon, burgundy, bright pink, hot pink, soft pink, red, purple, orange, bright orange, yellow, translucent natural, slate blue, and silver (see image 2).

Ink colors: white (recommended), black, teal, royal blue, red, purple, orange, navy blue, metallic silver, metallic gold, lime, light blue, gray, forest green, burgundy, brown, and athletic gold (see image 3).

• Please note: once your cups are approved and printed, they are non-refundable. Colors may vary slightly from the colors on your monitor.

It is not recommended to wash these products in a dishwasher, as this will promote fading (and gradual loss) of the imprint. We recommend hand washing them,, as this will ensure the imprint lasts longer.
