We do accept returns of our personalized products. We want you to be perfectly happy with your order and if you are not for any reason, return it for a full refund. We do not provide shipping labels.

We are human...surprise! Also, we too purchase products online all the time and have been on both sides of this issue (seller and buyer).

I try to post real live photos as often as possible, not just stock images so you know exactly what you are getting...and can also get ideas from previous orders. Contact us if there's an issue with your order and we will to work with you. Whether it's re-doing it (if the item is still in stock) or a partial refund, there are options to make everyone happy.

One thing...do not be rude (using cap locks and/or condescending tone).

If we can start from a point of mutual respect it will be a much easier and smooth process for both of us :)

The name plates that engrave black text/images have Black text/images.

What happens is I clean the entire plate with polish after engraving. That provides a finish and also protects the plate to make it last longer. It may be hard to see that shine on some of the photos if the light doesn't hit it just right. But it's there. The engraving may look Deep Dark Gray because of the polish.

TURNAROUND TIME....

Our standard turnaround time is 2-3 business days (local and online). But it can be up to 5-7 days max in some cases.

FOR THE MOST ACCURATE TAT look at the estimate you receive from Etsy on your order form. That gives you our current estimate based on the specific product you ordered. Because we sell 200 different personalized items, it's hard to give a blanket TAT, so the product level TAT is the most accurate. If we feel we won't make the estimate, we'll contact you.

Leather...

We do not sell animal hide. All of our leather products are synthetic and specifically designed to be lasered or sublimated for consistency and durability.

FONTS...

We will use a font that is not on our font list as long as it is not a copyrighted font. If the font you want is copyrighted, we will use a similar, free for all font.

We do provide proofs upon request. Proofs can extend the TAT for your order.

Also, we usually send one proof per day. There isn't an opportunity to go back and forth with you on edits the same day. The reason is because we usually do proofs and set-ups during the first quarter of the day...between 6am - 10am before we start production and packing/shipping.

We work all orders in the order they are received. So you might receive your proof on the ship by date. All of our products are personalized, no two are the same. So if no proof is requested, we design, engrave and ship by the original due date. If a proof if requested, your order is pulled and we work with you on personalizing your order. That is why the TAT can be longer.

All of our Pens are sold individually. If you want a large quantity (25 or more), contact us for a discount.

There are 3 options for our Personalized Pens...

1) Same Name
2) Different Name
3) Pen Sleeve

This refers to multiple pens being ordered at one time. If you want only one pen, just choose Same Name.

For example...if you are ordering 5 pens and you want the same thing engraved on all 5 pens, select the Same Name option.

If you are ordering 5 pens and want 5 different names/text on each pen select the Different Names option.

If you would like Pen Sleeves with your pens, that option comes with the Different Names option as well. So if you select Pen Sleeves you can get the Same Names or Different Names...no extra charge.

All of our products are also available in wholesale or large quantities. Contact us with what you have in mind and the quantity and we will give you a quote.

We don't like to rush production because we custom design & personalize each product that we sell & rushing anything increases the chances of mistakes being made.

We do provide expedited shipping and that decreases the transit time. Our basic shipping method is standard shipping which is quoted by USPS as 3-5 days transit (not guaranteed) + the estimated production time.

Choose Priority Mail it's about 2-3 days transit + the estimated production time.

Choose Express Mail the shipping is 1-2 days transit + the estimated production time.

If there's a date you need to have the product in hand, let us know before you place the order and we'll be able to look at our queue and let you know if we feel we can make your date or not.

The answer is easy. We are Twins, but we do not live together :) I live in Houston, my sister lives in New Orleans. Which one of us does your particular order depends on the order queue that we use.

Please don't request, for example, for it to ship from Houston because you may delay your own order. You could possibly get it faster because my sister might actually get to it first depending on when your order came in.
