Shipped on time. Sequins were falling off before I even took it out of the bag. Externally fragile. Material of the actual bra felt very cheep and thin. Bad customer service.

Response from Glitter Bomb Creations

This is unfortunate. We had contacted the buyer in hopes to investigate and rectify the issue at hand. The buyer had stated the shipping box was damaged when she had received it and sequins where falling off. We asked for photos of both the shipping box and the damaged bra in order open a claim with the shipping company. (All of our bras and costumes are sent out with insurance coverage) Customer provided us with a photo of the bra where she claims the sequins had fallen off; but the image was blurry and unclear and she refused to work with us to rectify this matter. We use only brand new quality bras; in this case we used a La Senza bra. It is unfortunate the customer was unhappy with the quality of a La Senza bra and also unfortunate she was unwilling to work with us.
