Will there be tracking for my product?

All domestic US orders will come with tracking to ensure safe delivery to all buyers using a First Class Mail. International orders will including tracking as well and shipped with USPS. Please message me if you have additional questions.

How soon should I expect my products to ship?

Currently, the estimated times are 3-5 business days though most orders received by 6 PM CST will be packed the same night and shipped out within the next business day.

How will my product be packaged?

All washi tapes will be wrapped around a plastic bobbin. Skinny washi that comes as a duo will be combined. Please add a note prior to checkout if you wish for them to be separated. Otherwise, they will come as is.

What if I ship to the wrong address?

Once the package is shipped out, it is out of my control. If only the shipping is purchased at the time, your order will be refunded and you may repurchase with the corrected and/or updated shipping information.

Can I combine my orders?

If you wish to combine your purchase with an order from earlier in the day, it must be an order that was ordered the same calendar date. Also, please write a note to the seller (me), in future purchases if you wish to combine. Of course, this is situational and you may send me a message if you have additional questions.

Can I cancel my order?

Due to the nature of these products, all buyers have a two-hour window to cancel orders. Otherwise, all sales are final.

Do you have coupon codes?

Sales will be held on the 2nd and 4th Friday at 11:59 AM CST until 11:59 PM CST. Use the code SAVE5 for a $5 off discount for $15+ purchases before shipping, taxes, etc. Free shipping applies to all domestic US orders of $25+ before shipping, taxes, etc. with the code FREESHIP25. Do you sell washi rolls?

At this time, only samples sizes are offered.

Custom and personalized orders

Depending on when the order was placed and quantity needed, custom orders can take 2-3 weeks to ship to the buyer.

Washi tape can be used for scrapbooking, planning, temporary adhesive and more! However, an entire roll can take a long time to use up and the pro to washi samples is to have a collection of many prints and patterns without worrying about committing to a whole roll.
