Height at center of roll is 24", while overall length is 12". Base is made of solid steel 4" x 10" x 1/2" to provide stability.
Finish has been wire brushed and hot waxed.

This was more than I had planned to spend on a toilet paper holder, but it was totally worth it! This is a piece of functional artwork. It looks so good and I like that I can try it out in different spots. It does need some maintenance, which the seller helpfully describes. It will rust if you get it wet and don’t dry it, so immediately next to a bathtub isn’t the best idea. But you can always move it away for bath time! It’s gorgeous. I didn’t think I’d love a TP holder, and yet here we are.
We were looking for something unique, which we got. It IS a beautiful piece, but it is NOT as all the pictures show. We thought it was going to be a grayish metal. That would have gone with our bathroom ... or if it was brownish. Ours is black. It also had some kind of issue on the base where there it was not the same color as the rest of it. When I sent pictures they requested, I received no response. We realize handmade will not be perfect. Basically wanted answers to why color was so different than advertised and what was up with the base. Still don't know.
Our plumbing fixtures are antique nickel-Newport brass and our other accessories are same iron as this. We needed a free standing holder as there wasn’t enough space next to the toilet. The color is exactly as imaged and quality is better than expected.
Beautiful and substantial! Fits perfectly in the small space by the toilet and adds some class.
