~Ordering:

-Select your choice of color from the drop down menu.

-Select the assembling & string in the 2nd drop down menu.

-Select the lettering amount in the drop down selection.

~Banner Details:

- The banner letters are 4-7 inches tall and approximately 36in-40 inches in length. All letters will be LOWERCASE as pictured.

- The banner is made from premium sparkling glitter card stock, the back of each letter is smooth white.

- Edges will not be burned as they are cut with a high strength carbide blade not a laser.

~Choose between Pre-strung or DIY

- Pre-strung = Assembled with the string of your choice and ready to hang

- DIY (String it Yourself) = The banner will come with string of your choice and letters are Pre-cut holes to string the banner.

~Choice of String:

- Twine = White Cotton String
- Jute = Tan Rustic String
- Clear = Clear Elastic String

~Shipping:

USPS First Class Mail shipping takes 3-5 business days depending on your location and 5-7 business days to Alaska and Hawaii.
Priority Mail takes 2-3 days depending on your location.
Express Mail takes 1-2 days.

If when tracking your package it seems lost, please contact USPS with your tracking number and they'll assist about your lost package.

If your package says delivered, but you did not receive it, please contact your local post office with your tracking number and they'll assist you from there. If the item can't be located, please file a Mail Not Received Complaint Form.

If either of these situations occurs and it seems your package cannot be located, please contact me. I do not refund due to USPS error.

Coverage provided is for all risks of physical loss or damage from an external cause (subject to exclusions) while in transit. Coverage is on a package-by-package basis

-All packaging material and damaged goods must be kept in the original form as received. Packaging and damaged goods should not be disposed of, released to the shipping carrier, or returned to the seller before a claim is completed. Failure to comply can result in the denial of the claim.

-During the claims process, a claim statement/affidavit signed by the recipient
