Normal wear (nicks, dings, surface wear etc. ) and patina for age.. Unisex star sapphire ring. Gem is lab created. Satin / etched shoulders on the band, then polished the rest of the way. It is 12.14 mm wide and tapers to bottom of band. Weighs in at 5 grams. Current size 8.5 and resizeable by your local jeweler. This item is constructed of karat gold.
