Ordering Your Custom Painted Figurine in 3 Easy Steps!

1. Choose the dog breed figurine that most looks like your dog.

2. Decide how you would like your figurine to be painted:
A: CUSTOM PAINTED TO LOOK LIKE YOUR DOG (based on photos you submit through messaging)
B: CUSTOM PAINTED A SOLID MONOCHROMATIC COLOR AS SHOWN IN PHOTOS
C: MANUFACTURER PAINTED TO LOOK LIKE THE DOG IN THE LISTING PHOTO

3. If you choose option 2A, submit at least 3 photos of your dog through messaging so we can custom paint the figurine to match your dog.

Photos of the finished figurine will be sent for you to review before we ship it out.
After you approve the figurine we will finish it off with a protective sealer.

Figurines take 2 to 3 weeks to complete before they ship depending on drying time, coats, and our work load.
Orders will be shipped with USPS Ground Advantage (1 to 5 days) or Priority (1-3 days).

NOTE: WE ONLY *CUSTOM PAINT* THE DOG FIGURINES. WE ARE NOT ABLE TO CHANGE THE PHYSICAL DESIGN OF THE FIGURINE - FOR EXAMPLE : CHANGING THE DOG'S POSITION, CROPPING THE EARS OR DOCKING THE TAIL.

All of our figurines are custom painted to order and for that reason we do not accept returns.
