We researched & designed our One of a Kind Cherry Cutting Boards from our hearts to yours! The engraved side is for show. We created a juice groove on the front of the board. The back side is where the work is done (creating wonderful recipes). We have applied food grade mineral oil/and a blend of natural bees wax (that we purchase from a local farm).
