How long will it take for my order to arrive?

Our turnaround time is between 3-5 business days for most custom orders, or up to 5 business days for custom poetry writing. Your item(s) will be shipped immediately upon completion. Please also check out the Shop Announcements for any changes to turnaround times. If you need your item quicker, you can purchase the "ADD ON Rush Order" listing on the site which includes priority production (item created within 1 business day), as well as Expedited shipping costs. We ship internationally, but are not responsible for shipping times once your item leaves our shop. Standard shipping times are: - Within Canada: 2-8 business days (1-2 days with ExpressPost shipping) - To United States: 2-5 business days (tracked/shipped with Priority Mail)

As all of our products are custom-made to order, we cannot accept returns, but if you are unhappy with your order, please do contact us so we can try to make it right. Additionally, once an order has been placed, cancellations cannot be accepted as the turnaround time in our shop is very quick. If your order is received damaged, please let us know within 2 days of receiving your order.

This 4x6" custom picture frame is hand-painted using high-quality paint, distressed and reads "Papa's Little Girl", with the addition of a child's name. This makes a perfect gift from a Granddaughter, or gift for a new Papa. This frame is shown in “DOVE GREY” color with "BLACK" lettering.

You choose the paint color, and lettering color. Hand-stamping is also available.

This frame comes complete with high-quality plexiglass, a dowel stand and is beautifully wrapped ready to gift. A complimentary gift card with your special message can be included at no cost (please specify in the Notes section).
