Most of my work both local and worldwide are custom orders. I will work with you to get exactly what you are wanting in a custom painted item be it Shoes, Denim, Glass, Signs, Accessories and Furniture.

I try to include size options in my listings especially for shoes and denim. If you have a custom size request just send me a message and I am happy to work with you.
Due to the custom nature of my work, if you are unsure of the size you need for shoes, I ask that you try the same style of shoes on at the department store before you order from me. Once items are painted size changes can not be made. Returns are not accepted.

I provide printed care instructions to you when you receive your order. All of my fabric and glass items are washable, but do require minimal extra care.

I do provide gift wrapping for a minimal fee, and I will drop ship to an additional address should your purchase be a gift for someone other than yourself. I use recycled when packaging (if available) when shipping orders and attention to the safety of your item in transit is important to me.

I do not offer wholesale at this time.

No, I work from my home studio and in general do not have the public come to my home. I do, on occasion, meet local customers or have them come to my home for porch pickup once an item is completed if it is convenient for customer.

This is a customized process and I am happy to send progress pictures within reason. MOST of my clients trust my work based on my portfolio and just like to see the final product.
Should you want progress pictures, I will send some time allowing, and if I see the process is impeding on my shipping times for your order or others, I reserve the right to finish my artistic interpretation of your request and get the items shipped in a timely matter.
I often do not have time to reply to every request once in the painting process. You hired me as your artist because I have supplied you with a sufficient portfolio based on the pictures of items in my shop.

Generally, no. If there has been a bit of a time lapse, I will notify you when the order is underway. But I reserve the right to work at my pace and will only contact you when item is completed with photos of the finished piece. That is, unless I have a question regarding your requests.
It is against etsy policy for sellers to email or message their customers unless it is warranted. Therefore, my contact with you will be minimal.
