5 out of 5 starsThis was a beautiful addition to my friend's retirement party! He is a police officer, so the blue letters on the black was perfect. I ended up donating the banner to his station after the party because there are a few more officers will be retiring soon and I could not see just putting it away in a box when it looked so amazing up! Thank you. Packaging was beautiful.
