All pottery is handmade from start to finish, fired two times, glazed at our studio, lead-free. All our ceramics are built totally by hand from white clay. Each piece is unique and may have imperfections which happen in non commercial handmade work. All our items are one-of-a-kind. Organic irregular top edge. Stamped by the author on the bottom. The size may vary for about 1-2 cm.

We also have many different glazes - more than 30 colours. Therefore you can always tell us colour you like, and we will send examples of colours we have to choose .

Usually it take us 2-4 weeks to make our pottery, but in case you need dishes faster - do not hesitate to ask. Sometimes it is possible to make it faster.

All returned items are refunded minus shipping fee.

For orders below USD 180 we usually use standard shipping which takes 3-4 weeks. Orders above USD 180 usually will be delivered by courier in 3-6 business days.

The buyer is responsible to track the parcel, whether it has come to the place of destination or not. If you don't get the package within a month, please contact us to workout the issue. In case you don't wait and don't track the parcel / refuse or cannot pick it up from the Post office and it comes back to us, only fee for the good, excluding shipping cost, will be refunded. Refund will be issued after goods returned. If in this case you've purchased item with free shipping, the shipping cost will be deducted from the purchase price. Shipping cost will be calculated according LTU National Post Office fees (+21% VAT if you are a resident of EU) for small items, while for sets according to DHL pricelist (21% VAT if you are a resident of EU).

You may order Mr. Bowl Ceramics gift certificate as E-card or Post card. An E-card will be sent to your email in 1-2 business days, while Post card will be sent to your home address via Post office. Shipping takes 3-4 weeks. Both cards are non-refundable. A gift certificate is available for 6 months from the day of purchase.
