USA Made! Please support Local! This is custom item is a statement for your outdoor event or pool party! Yes it floats in the pool!! This prop is approximately 24"H x 40" L for 3 letters and 50" long for 4 letters, Each letter is approximately 24" H by 13" wide and they are 2" thick.

We provide eye hooks and zip ties so the letters can tether together. We can also provide an additional eye hook on the bottom if you would like to tether to the bottom so it does not move around. Ask us. We do not recommend this option with swimmers in the pool.

If you are requesting script letters the height will be lower because the width of a script letter is much wider and needs to be maintained in order to not look skewed.

This item is not painted and comes white as shown. Letters are shipped separately. You will use the zip tie through the eye hook to put letters side by side. (Pictures of this are attached to this listing)

This is a custom item and therefore, not returnable!ALL SIZES ARE APPROXIMATE. We cannot guarantee any exact sizing since all of our items are handcut. This item is made with high quality STYROFOAM. Most of our STYROFOAM letters will have "slices" in them so the cutter can go into the inside of the letter and back out.

***VERY IMPORTANT*** IF you are ordering your product less than four weeks prior to your event - we are absolutely not responsible for 1)late shipments and 2)shipments damaged in transit because there may not be enough time to get a replacement to you. You will receive a tracking number from us for your product. It is your responsibility to track and if it happens to be undelivered - pick up the product at your local post office. Unfortunately we cannot control what happens to your box once it leaves our building. Address changes after the order has been placed cannot be accommodated, we are sorry for the inconvenience

Candelabras: The name on the candelabra comes with dowels. We create holes in the base in the right spot for each dowel. You will simply place the dowels into the holes. It's best to do this at your event. Candles look best when straight. Take the time to straighten your candles. FInd the perfect spot for your candelabra! Best for pictures and free of drafts that can hinder the candles flames.

Deluxe card boxes(with seperate top pieces): SImply remove all of the pieces from the box and place on top of your box as shown in picture.

Unfinished styrofoam: It's best not to use spray paint on styrofoam. It can eat away at the material. Painted on acrylics or latex are best!

All of our listings have color charts. It can be found as the last picture on the listing. Please keep in mind that colors can look different from one monitor to another. They can look different from one picture to another. The only way to be 100% sure that we are matching your color is sending a swatch to our store. We can hold the swatch next to paint and glitters and let you know which match best.

I ended up using these letters as a centerpiece for my sister's bridal shower. They were a hit and I painted them silver because it was an extra charge for her to paint them for me.

Expensive Garbage! The whole thing fell apart before I even placed it in the pool. The eye hooks are glued into styraform and disconnected easily. A friend was going to borrow it for her party the day after, but it was ready for the trash. I would NEVER recommend this product.
