Howlite is an extremely calming stone. It stills the mind and is excellent for sleep and meditation. Howlite teaches patience and helps to eliminate rage and uncontrolled anger.

You will receive one beautiful tumbled stone from the ones I have shown or similar. Stones will vary in size, shape, texture and color. I select each stone carefully with you in mind.
