HOW AN INSTANT DOWNLOAD WORKS
Shortly after purchasing this listing and cleared payment, you will receive an email directly from Etsy (not from Becca Lee Paperie & Design) that contains a link to download your file(s). Almost all instant download files are in PDF format with the exception of Advice for Bride cards, Wishes for Baby cards and Thank You notes. Those items will be sent as both a PDF file and JPEG.
The email with your link will be sent to the email address associated with your Etsy account. Be sure to check your Spam/Junk folder even if Etsy emails don't usually go there. Sometimes having a link in the email causes it to go to your Spam/Junk folder. If you haven't received your email from Etsy, you can always find the link to download your files by going to 'My Account' and then 'Purchases' when logged in to Etsy. Find your Order Confirmation for the transaction and the link will be there as well. If for any reason you still can't access the files (after payment has cleared) please let us know and we would be happy to email them to you! You can message us through Etsy or email us at beccaleepaperie [!at] gmail.com. Please be sure to reference your order number.
