I do accept custom orders, so if you do not see something in my shop that you would like made please feel free to contact me and if I can make it I would be glad to.

Shipping times are estimates provided by the post office. Once I ship the item I have no control on exact arrival time, please plan your order accordingly. If an item gets lost in the mail please reach out and we can work to remedy the issue.

Please request withing 24 hours of purchase to ensure I have not started on your order. Thank you.

If you need a larger quantity of any item please reach out and we can work out pricing.

I reserve the right to use any item custom design or otherwise as a product photo for a new or existing listing.

There are no refunds for lost items. If there is a shipping issue for example a lost item or item showing delivered when it is not, I require a one week wait until I will send out a replacement. This is due to the occasional post office error and every time it has happened in the past they end up showing up within a week.
