All items are made to order and therefore are considered custom items. We do not accept any returns or exchanges.

You may cancel your order within 24 hours of purchase, except those orders purchased with the "RUSH MY ORDER" shipping option. Due to the speed at which "RUSH MY ORDER" shipping orders are processed, they may not be cancelled.

We do not offer refunds for orders not received in time for your event. Please allow plenty of time for processing and shipping transit time. If you have any concerns about the time frame please message me

Once your item has shipped you will receive an email from Etsy with a tracking number. Lost, stolen or delayed delivery packages are unfortunately out of my control once in the USPS possession. I cannot be held responsible for mistakes made by USPS as that is out of my control. Please contact USPS directly for more information on delayed or lost items. I will be happy to assist with any information needed but cannot be responsible for replacement.

Although rare, if an item arrives damaged it must be reported to me within 24 hours of delivery and accompanied by a photo of the damaged item(s) AND packaging. I will take each instance on a case-by-case basis to find the best way to resolve the damaged product.

If a package is returned to sender by USPS due to an insufficient address in any way, the customer will be responsible for paying for shipping again to get the item shipped back out. If the item is no longer needed a 30% restocking fee will apply as well as shipping charges will not be refunded. ** All this information is dependent on the package actually showing back up at our office. Please note sometimes these packages take a little longer to get back to us than they took to arrive at the original destination**
