Each listing includes the sole measurement in the item description. To make these shoes fit, measure your baby's foot and add 1/2", then match it to the sole length.

To measure your baby's foot, have one person hold their foot over a piece of paper, and push it down so it is flat. Have a second person mark down the length of their foot on the paper, from the back of their heel to their longest toe. Watch out for curled toes when you measure. Babies like to curl their toes and you'll end up with shoes that are too small.

Yes, we do exchanges! To initiate an exchange, just purchase the "exchange" listing in the shop. In the "notes to seller", tell us what color or size you have and what you'd like to exchange it for. We'll send your new pair and enclose a prepaid mailer so you can send back your original pair. It's that simple!
