If you are uk based we send using a tracked service. If your outside the uk then tracking is NOT INCLUDED you will need to use the upgrade option at checkout.

What If I want to return my item

Thats no problem you must contact us within 14 days one delivery. if you returning outside the uk they must be retuned in all original packaging with the uk CN22 showing and marked "RETURNS" Any customs charges incurred by not following these instructions will be deducted from the refund. if the refund does not cover these charges then the parcel will not be collected and returned to you

Custom and personalised orders

If your parcel has been returned to us because you did not collect it, postage will need to be paid again to send back to you a second time. You can do this by paypal.

Gold hair Bow made from a gold glitter fabric. This bow comes in 4 different sizes

All our products are 100% handmade cut and finished from start to finish. all designed in house

Finish- Are bows can come attached to crocodile clips or soft nylon headbands. If you would also like the hair bow to be attached to a bobble please just drop us a message but it should be no problem at all.

Shipping- On all our items when purchased you will see the dispatch time, this is the time it takes to make the product before shipping. Once shipped your items will be sent with Royal Mail for all uk orders they will come with a tracking number. Any overseas all be sent by standard air mail unless you upgrade at checkout for tracked air mail. We also can not be held responsible for the items hit customs then being held up this doesn't happen often but it can.

Care- Keep all hair bows dry and away from any water to stop them being damaged. In time if bows start to fray just trim the frayed edges off.

Safety. All out products do come packaged with a safety sticker inside, you are required to only use hair accessories when children are occupied never leave them unattended. Hair accessories are not a toy and may contain small products that may be a chocking hazard. Make sure hair bows are stored away from reach of children and never let them play with them.
