What happens if I accidentally provide the incorrect shipping address?

Packages are sent to the address entered at the time of the order only, and we are not responsible for packages not delivered due to incorrect address entry. Make sure to double check your address before placing an order. If the package has not yet been shipped, we can cancel and refund your order, and you can re-order with the correct shipping address.

Are you available to create a custom product for me?

At this time, we do not currently offer custom design requests. However, if you need to add items that are not currently listed, a combined shipping discount, or alternative shipping method, we can create a custom listing for you.

How long will my order take to arrive?

After you receive a shipping notification: Domestic orders generally take 2-5 business days to arrive. Untracked letter mail can vary from a few days to weeks. International orders vary widely with shipping. Here are some estimates: Asendia: 2-8 weeks USPS Priority Mail: 6-10 business days USPS Express Mail: 3-5 business days UPS Expedited: 4-5 business days UPS Saver: 2-3 business days You can always request a shipping service not shown, and we will work to the best of our ability to follow through.

What if my order doesn't arrive, but I provided the correct shipping address?

More than likely the package has been delayed. Rarely the package will get lost in transit. We will handle these on a case-by-case basis due to the vastly different situations in shipping.

What is the difference between fabric options for dakimakuras?

Peachskin is an inelastic polyester with a slight fuzz to the surface. It's a durable fabric with a very clear image and a shine almost like satin. It is comfortable, but not the softest material. It holds creases until worn out for a while. Two-way tricot is a very soft and smooth elastic polyester/spandex blend fabric. It does not hold creases like peachskin does. The picture is slightly less clear than peachskin, but very clear nonetheless. This fabric is more delicate than peachskin. P80 Roika is a fabric created by a Japanese dakimakura manufacturer (P80). It is similar to tricot as a stretchy, cool material. The surface is very smooth, allowing for much clearer image quality. It is also more durable than tricot.

Why is my shipping cost so high?

Orders for individual items are at or near the lowest cost of shipping they can be. The cost of shipping for orders of multiple items may be able to be reduced. Please send a message to inquire.

How do I track my package?

For domestic orders: Shipment will most likely be through USPS. You can track using the provided tracking number either on USPS's website or directly through Etsy. PLEASE NOTE: For stickers, small prints, small cloths, etc. with free shipping, shipping is UNTRACKED. They only provide an estimate of delivery, as letters are not tracked. Please give 7-14 days for arrival. Contact us if it hasn't arrived by then! For international orders: Shipment will be through Asendia unless otherwise stated, which is a transfer service from our local post to yours. The tracking link will show your local post's tracking number at the top of the page in a format like so: XX123456789US Use this number with your local post for more accurate results.

I got the Two-Way Tricot, it's VERY comfortable, very smooth. It took more than a week to ship [In country/across states], packaging was "fine", wish there was more padding and other bags for extra protection. One minor and three major flaws: Minor: It came with some blackish/grayish marks [Yes, both]. Major: 1. The zipper and the zipper opening is small, so the zipper might be able to break after repeated use. 2. It came with a bunch of creases, this is to be expected, as it needed to be folded, but it's incredibly annoying/disappointing... [Still love this pillow case though]
