Reviews for this item
We note this shop has many excellent reviews. Our experience was not the same: Shipping was to be “free”. Arrived with $3.00 postage due. Poor quality item as well. We informed seller, returned the item, and received credit for the purchase price, but were not refunded for the postage due or return postage required despite being told that we would be. Lengthly correspondence has failed to result in adequate resolution. Seller appears to not understand how to use PayPal to remit back an amount different than the amount originally charged. Although only a small amount of money is involved, the mistakes emanated entirely from the seller and we expected the seller to make it right. All in all, a very disappointing experience.
Response from Earth Jewels
Thank you so much for the review. You didn't write exactly what happened. when you had to pay for $3 shipping i offered you the refund for $3. you said no you want return and i said its fine please mail it back first class not priority shipping as it cost $7 and item is only for $12.99. you mailed back priority. Still i issued you the full refund for item and tried to refund more money but easy was not accepting the refund more then the item. I even send you the picture. I asked for paypal and you didn't reply till today and before i could let you know that i will send you a check you wrote this review. its fine you have the right to write it. I was little busy with other things and a refund can take a day or two. Every time you messaged me i did reply.
Smooth shipping Has a history of shipping on time with tracking.
