Yes! I can gift wrap your present, so that when it arrives at the destination it comes complete with a gift box, gift wrap, a ribbon and a handwritten gift tag with your message. Your package will arrive wrapped in shipping paper with the gift wrapped box inside.

** Please remember to include your name in the message so the child knows who the gift is from! (Etsys system only gives me the name of the person it is being shipped to)

All of my products are completely handmade and I use items available at the time, but I may substitue a piece if I find something that I like better. It will never affect the overall appearance or functionality of the item, and, I will always replace with an item of equal or greater value that is probably prettier too! If there is a particular element of the creation that you love please include a note with your order and I'll be sure to make it amazing for you! Customer satisfaction is very important to me!

Although I am in Canada, I take our orders over the border to the post office in Sweetgrass Montana everyweekday... and use USPS with tracking in the US.

There are no duty fees or taxes due on items delivered to the USA.

Once your order clears US customs it will take 3 to 6 working days delivery. The whole process takes 2 to 10 days by first class mail.

Typically you can expect to see your delivery within 2-7 days to most USA destinations. Faster shipping options are available, just send me a note with the date you need it by and the packages destination address, and I will get you a price on the upgrade options available. Overnight and 1 Day shipping options are available for a minimal charge, usually about $35 for overnight.

I am located in Calgary, AB and will ship out all orders next day (unless otherwise noted on the listing). Standard shipments are sent Canada Post and can take up to two weeks depending on your location and Canada Posts ability to delivery to you.

Due to the added expense from Canada Post I do not include a tracking number on Canadian orders, if you would like one, please choose the upgrade option at checkout.

I do offer affordable next day delivery options from alternate carriers, options and pricing are available at checkout.

I needed it asap for plane trip with grandson. It came quickly and she even added an extra number for my grandchild's age. It's nice quality. Maybe a bit too large to take on a flight with everything else I have, I may take it apart and take just a few pieces. I was very pleased.
